We’ve been planning, building and running client’s web presence for some time so we understand that people have questions.
The questions below will probably sort out a few things you may be thinking of before talking to us. If there’s a question that’s not on this list, drop us a line and we’ll be glad to answer it here.
Q. You talk about a web presence rather than a website what’s the difference?”
A.A website is a place on the internet where you are found, its like a doorway to your business online. That could include, membership sites, e-commerce stores, learning sites, events management, social networks etc..
Q. Isn’t a website all I need for my web presence?”
A. This is a question we work through when we help you identify your needs and your customers online preferences. A website is a key ingredient to your web presence, but it’s good to understand that it may be only one piece in the jigsaw puzzle.
Q. How long does it take to plan and build a web presence?
A. That depends on the type of web presence you require to share and engage with your customers. We work through a plan that identifies what you require. The initial stage of developing your website typically takes around 4 weeks from commencement to release.

A. The information we publish on your web presence is yours. We can provide services to assist you in writing your content for your site. Some of our care packages provide those services.
Q. How much will it cost for the whole web presence and all the services?
A. The website component “can” start around the $6000 range and moves up depending on the functionality required for your particular needs, e.g. Do you need an e-commerce site or a membership site for example?

A. Great question. Part of the platform foundation is a Content Management System that allows you to maintain what the site visitors see – both content and images. You don’t require any technical skills to do this, nor will you need any special software, just your web browser and a connection to the internet.
