A website is a place on the internet where you are found. It’s like a doorway to your business online. An online presence is the collection of places on the internet where you or your business is able to be found by customers. That can include, membership sites, e-commerce stores, learning sites, events management, social networks etc..
This is a question we work through when we help you identify your needs and customer’s online preferences. A website is a key ingredient to your online presence, but it’s good to understand that it may be only one piece in the jigsaw puzzle.
That depends on the type of online presence you require. Request a call from us and we can start to work through a plan that identifies what you require.
The initial stage of developing your website typically takes around 4-6 weeks from commencement to release.
The information that is written and published for your online presence is yours.
We can provide services to assist you in writing the content for your website and other connections – we have a support package add-on that provides those services.
That all depends?
It's a bit like asking how much does a car cost?
As we work with both Rocketspark and WordPress its a completely different pricing model. There is different investment and on-going costs for each.
As Rocketspark is a Software as a Service offering the price point and maintenance is considerably different to WordPress.
Therefore we can’t provide an exact quote for building an online presence as each business is so unique.
The cost will be higher depending on the functionality required for your particular needs, e.g. booking systems, e-commerce sites, membership sites, Intranet, Learning Management Systems, Booking System etc.

We provide a simple pathway to start your online journey without having to worry about how the technical stuff works.
Good question, especially with the popularity of DIY website platforms.
In fact, we have Rocketspark as a build your own website in that offering.
However, if you specialise in some other business, is building websites your speciality? Every system requires time and effort to learn and understand, even if its simple.
So, you can definitely do it yourself, however, we often find that businesses are time and resource poor. Putting everything into what they do best.
A website takes time and energy.
It also requires extensive market research and some cases especially WordPress, tricky tech knowledge and skills that will ensure your website is visible across the internet, social connections, etc.
Also, the security and safety of your information and your customer information online should be a VERY big priority.
We ensure that all of these things (and much, much more) are covered. It’s not just about a website looking great, there’s a lot more to it.
At the end of the day, that’s where we come in, its what we do and do best. Let us sink the time and energy into the task, it’s not money spent, its an investment into your business.

Great question. You will have access to your website to make updates.
Part of the platform that allows you to maintain what the site visitors see – both content and images.
You do not require any technical skills to make updates or any special software, just your web browser and a connection to the internet.
It's much easier to do it on Rocketspark than WordPress if you're looking for ease of use.
